If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

If you use the chat feature on our site, we receive the messages you send, any name or email address you choose to share, and basic technical details such as the page you were viewing, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. Chat messages are handled by a chat service provider and may be forwarded to us by email. If you leave a message while chat is offline, we receive it the same way.
